Vineyards: Cool-climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Santa Cruz Mountains and San Benito County.
Winemaking: Whole-cluster pressed, juice settled for purity and focus, then barrel-fermented with native yeast at 60–70°F for three weeks. Sediment held without sulfur until bottling. Traditional method in bottle, light dosage, crown cap closure.
